Contact is a person or an organization you have relationships with. Contact management is exercised via the Navigator section of the Navigator panel.

Work with Contacts

Storing necessary information about the contact. The program provides all required set of fields for storing full contact information about the contractor. The set of fields is compatible with Outlook. There is a function of importing contacts from other programs.

 

Storing additional\specific information about the contact . The program has the possibility to store not only the contact information, but also the following specific information:

    * documents\files\images related to the contractor;
    * description of contractor activity: types of services (products) provided;
    * prices\price lists\accounts\services (product) agreements;
    * any other useful information related to the contractor.

Customer relationship management(CRM) : The LeaderTask System allows to conveniently keep the history of relationships with any category of contractors as to the following issues: settled accounts, performed tasks, unsolved problems etc.

Quick contact. Having the list of contacts and their contact information on hand you can communicate with them very quickly. By one mouse click you can send the notification to the employee about the tasks assigned to him; send E-Mail to the partner about the changed cooperation terms; notify the client about holiday discounts for your product; notify the customer about the performance of work etc.
