Categories (tags, cairoses, contexts) are used to classify tasks by some characteristic. In most case, you professional activities, hobbies, frequently visited places and so on can be used as categories.

Category properties.

Name – category name
Color – the category tab will have this color
Group – whether to show tasks from subcategories
Comment – additional information about the category.

 

 

 
Each task may have several categories at once that is why it is very easy to arrange a multicairos system for context planning in the LeaderTask organizer.
