A task is an activity aimed at accomplishing the set goal with the specified properties. It is recommended to formulate tasks in the form of infinitive, i.e. as if answering the question “What to do?”. For example, to come, to see, to conquer.
Task properties:Title – precise task definition. Task details should be specified on the “Comment” tab
Parent task – the link to the parent task (if there is any). When you move to the parent task, the parameters of the current task are saved.
Manager – the employee who gives this task (i.e. its owner)
Executor – the employee who executes the tasks
Contacts – the list of contacts somehow related to the task
Projects – projects related to this task
Categories – categories related to this task
Date – task completion terms. It is possible to specify either both parameters (start and end date) or only one.

Repeat – task recurrence
Duration – task duration. Duration is a user-defined value defining the duration of the task (it can be specified in hours or days as you like it). When tasks have duration, you can easily sort them by this value in the task tree. For example, if you have two free hours, you can quickly view which tasks you can complete within this time.
Status – task status. It can take one of the following values: "not started", "in progress", "delayed", "cancelled", "ready to be done", "done"
Percent – task completeness percent
Priority – task priority
