LeaderTask Company Management enables to organize tasks into convenient tree-type structures (task decomposition) The task tree has the following extra convenient features:
To select the displayed columns in the task tree click the right mouse button on the table headline. Then select the "Columns" item and specify the columns that should be displayed. To automatically change the displayed columns use the "Smart Columns" function. Smart Columns Smart Columns is a property of columns in a task tree to be displayed or hidden depending on whether there are values in this column or not. If a certain column is empty in all displayed tasks and at that the "Smart Columns" function is enabled then the column won’t be displayed. And vice versa if at least any task has this property the column will be displayed. In the new task the fields selected in «Navigator» and «Tabs» for the moment are filled in by default. Thus, you can firstly set the required filter values and then add a whole series of tasks. Projects, category, time range, contractor etc. selected for the moment will be automatically included into them. The tasks can also be grouped by all these characteristics: categories, projects, time and contractors. Task Coloring The tasks have the color of set priority. To set the priority parameters (font and background colors) the priority library should be used. |
